- 1. Click on Go to the Zapier Homepage and create a Zap
- 2. Click on "Connect this app" and enter BOOKM
- 3. and in "with this one!" enter whatever application you want to connect. In this case, I selected HubSpot.
- 4. Click on Select a Trigger
- 5. Click on option - "New Appointment"
- 6. Click on Select an Action
- 7. Click on option - depending on the application you want to use with BOOKM, your choices will display in the pulldown menu.
- 8. Click on Try it
- 9. Click on the first step in the integration.
- 10. Click on Choose app & event
- 11. If you haven't already set up your BOOKM integration, click on Choose an account…
- 12. Click on + Connect a new account
- 13. Grant permission to connect in the popup window.
- 14. Get your BOOKM API key. Log in to your BOOKM account.
- 15. Click on Integration Settings
- 16. Copy your API key
- 17. Paste your API key in the permissions popup.
- 18. Click on Yes, Continue
- 19. Click on Continue
- 20. Then test your connection.
- 21. You must have an appointment in BOOKM. Find it, then continue.
