2. Under the “Services” section. #

A Service refers to a specific offering provided by you that can be booked and paid for through the booking page. A Service typically includes a detailed description of what the service involves, as well as pricing, availability, and any other relevant details that customers may need to know before booking.

For example, if a you offer personal training services, you might create a Service for “1-on-1 Personal Training” that includes a detailed description of what the training entails, the duration of each session, the cost per session, and the days and times that the service is available.

When a customer finds a service they’re interested in, they can book and pay for the service directly through the booking page, while you receive the booking details and payment information.

Under the "Services" section.

3. You can create a booking calendar for your service by clicking on “Create New”. #

This will allow you to set up the availability for your service so that customers can book appointments with you.

You can create multiple services within one “Service Category”, which allows you to group related services together.

Having multiple services in a single category can help you organize your offerings and make it easier for customers to find what they’re looking for. Additionally, customers who are interested in one service may be more likely to explore other services within the same category, which can help you attract more bookings overall.

4. When creating a “Service”, you have several options to customize and enhance your meeting. #

The Price option allows you to set a fee for the meeting, which customers will be required to pay in order to attend the meeting. This can be useful if you want to charge for your time or if there are other costs associated with hosting the meeting.

You can also customize the booking button text that appears on the booking page by using the Button Label option. This allows you to change the text from the default to something more specific or personalized to your business. For example, you might use “Reserve Your Spot!” or “Schedule Your Meeting!”

The Details section allows you to provide additional information about the meeting, such as an agenda, required materials, or any other relevant details that customers may need to know before booking.

Finally, the Order inside Category option allows you to set the position of your meeting within its Service Category. By assigning an order number, you can control the order in which your meeting appears on the booking page. The lower the order number, the higher up on the page the meeting will be displayed. For instance, if you set the order to 1, the meeting will be displayed at the top of its category.

Under the “Status” in the lower half of the options, you can choose to show or hide your service on the booking page. This can be useful if you want to temporarily remove a service or if you’re not ready to offer it to customers just yet.

By enabling “Custom Time Blocks,” you can add any time you’d like your service to be available for booking. This can be outside of your regular work hours or during specific times of the day when you’re available to provide the service. This can be especially useful if you offer services that require a flexible schedule or if you want to open up additional availability for booking.

You can also enable questions during the booking process to gather more information from customers before they officially book your service. This can help you understand their needs and preferences so that you can provide a better experience overall. For example, you might ask customers about their fitness level or dietary restrictions if you offer personal training or nutrition services.

5. TIP: #

There are four different options for setting the availability of your services. These options are “Let customers choose book time,” “Set Day and Hours for this service,” “Set custom time blocks,” and “Use global hours.” “Let customers choose book time” means that customers can choose any available time that suits them for the service. (The customer can only choose times that are within your available hours.) “Set Day and Hours for this service” allows you to set a specific schedule for your service that applies to all customers. “Set custom time blocks” allows you to create a schedule for your service that is different from your regular work hours. “Use global hours” means that your service will be available during your regular work hours.
